Direct vs Tranplanted Zinnia

Direct sown Zinnia Magellan

trans planted seedlings.Zinnia Dream land
even some times Zinnia fails to survive after transplanting.Izhar i have also noted this in Datura Metal.it also hates root disturbance.
i don,t like Balsam.but balsam should always be planted directly in its final rows.when i say direct sow i even skip the situ.what i mean plant direct into open ground.i have seen Zinnia if planted as seedlings 80 % plants are lost.

Nice sharing results Umar.. poppies, nasturtiums, balsam, cosmos, zinnia, nicotina etc grow much better when directly sowed in final location

I love Nasturtiums they grow like wild from seeds.i have planted once & now they come again & again every season.i just planted them like okra seeds direct in the open ground.
