Maybe flowers are fragrant in evening only. Or may be they are fragrant when turn yellow. Will check in few days and update.

Vine is in bloom in lawrence gardens. This is a macro image, actual flower is very small. No fragrance when i captured them. What a pity  . So if you are buying a plant for fragrance, always buy in bloom and check fragrance first.

This is what I found on toptropicals.com

Also known by its common name in India as "Manorangini" and "Hara-champa" or "Kantali champa". Woody climber, can become dense evergreen shrub bearing extremely fragrant canary yellow or light green flowers, turning yellow with age. Absolutely intoxicating fragrance! A medium size vine 8 to 10'. Once picked flowers are very long lasting and hold the scent for days, if kept in water, permeating an entire room.

So I wonder how a fragrant plant can not be so? Does it mutate to a non-fragrant plant?

Adnan, there is a non-fragrant cultivar for sure. But i will check next week whether yellow flowers are fragrant or not and then will update.
