Hello I am a new member on this page...I develop an interest in gardening after visiting the northern areas and seeing the mesmerizing beauty of those places...I am more interested in growing veggies and flowering plants. I have a small garden outside my house...i want to start with the basic and want to know how to make a fertile ground to grow the plants....what is the proportion of soil and fertilizer to be used. kindly guide.. and which flowering plants can be grown ...as i bought many potted plants previously but they were seasonal and they died after the season ended..which are the ones which can stay alive for the whole year? Kindly guide
