oranges problem

can you please advise me on an issue three years back i bought kinno plant and they had fruit on them while they were iin pots.since then they never have any fruit nor even flower on them which comes before fruits,Some one told me to feed them with potassium sulphate and potassium notrate twice 5 grams each in december i did this but now this is end of march yet they dont have any flowers on them.Any idea what is the problem with these plants.Their height is almost 9 feet now and age is approx 4 years
I send its pictures to a farmer in sargodha he said it is water shoot grafted plant and will never get fruit on it.is it true/ as i have no idea what is water shoot grafting.

Please post pictures, are you sure that the kinno plant is from the grafted part and not from rootstock??

same problem with my plant too..........................its 5 years old and ft only

i dont know whether these are grated or not
