y grafting failed?

I failed to graft plumeria, i waited 70 days for it but didn't sucess. I used moist coco peat for grafting, plz tell me d reason. On 17th december i grafted.

Grafting? Seems like air layering and you might have removed the cambium (xylem and phloem) as well.too much dissection done

and you selected wrong season for air-layering of plumeria.. it gets dormant from November till April...

sorry its air layering not grafting.
In which month should I go 4 air layering & grafting?
I knew I have removed all d cambium.
So should I need 2 make only some scratches on d stem?

The summers are best time for this... scratch a bit to remove the upper layer thinly...

Dissect only till u expose the cambium, don't damage cambium. It is this cambium that keeps providing the water n nutrients to the upper part of the plant. Damage the cambium and the upper part will die in a few days
