Need tips for using rooting powder

I have rooting powder from awan garden islamabad n i need complete guidence to use it.
Is it compulsory to cover d pot wd plastic sheet after using rooting powder?
Which media will b good either soil balo matti peat moss or coco peat?
How many days it will take to root?
Should i place d pot in shade?
Awan garden said this rooting powder is from UK.

Just relax. Poke the cutting in the powder, take out. No need to use too much of it...the time it takes to root depends on the plant type. Generally speaking avoid full sun. Part shade but bright light is good for most. It's not a miracle product so not all cuttings will necessarily root. It's important how you take the cutting. Success rate of cuttings could be easily increases by using sterile tools for making cuttings and sterile media... for tools you can heat them over open flame for 15 seconds, cool at room temperature and use..

for media you have a blessing of balu mitti in Karachi which is the best rooting medium... take fresh baalu mitti and make it moist (not wet) by adding water.. pre-heat the oven for 20 minutes and keep this moist mitti in it for 5 minutes.. take out and cool at room temperature...

take the cuttings and insert the bottom part in rooting powder so that a little rooting powder sticks to the bottom, poke this cutting to the pre-sterile balu mitti.. water well and cover with transparent plastic sheet so that no air could come inside.. keep in bright shade (no direct sunlight) for 15 days then remove the sheet..

when you start seeing new growth bring the cuttings to direct sunlight and start watering them.. after the new growth is about an inch your cuttings are ready to be shifted to new pots with good potting mix...

Rooting powder commonly available here works well too..

So i have used rooting powder n coverd it wd sheet.

You are rooting plumeria??? it roots in open air easily..

2 different colours plumeria n 2 colour ixora n crotton.
In one pot i used rooting powder in peatmoss n other pot no rooting powder in coco peat.

what is d purpose of covering pot wd plastic sheet? n what a covered sheet plays a role?

It conserves moisture and maintains humidity which enables the plant to live without roots for some time... when roots are formed (around 15-20 days) you can remove it...

As per ur advice after 15 days i removed plastic cover. By analyzing the above pics it is clear that it shows some progress on both pots either rooting powder or without rooting powder.
But i c some black n white fungus on plumeria. Still i placed it in full shade.
Now what can i do with this fungus?

Plumeria cutting never fails, just let it dry for 2-4 days and stick it in the ground and keep the ground moist.
