Hardy Groundcover

I have been experimenting with hardy ground cover which also flowers, so far with wild daisy, lilies and gazinia. Can anyone suggest what is the best hardy ground cover,,,can be ? The area concerned is Potohar, 50 Km from Islamabad.

Verbena will be well suited.. the wild one type... blooms are pretty and foliage is soft fern like... grows in Abbottabad, Kalam, Neelam valley and in Karachi :)

Verbena is good but since I live in a relatively hot climate, I would recommend rose moss or portulaca. Needs very little care
