lemon n falsa 4rm seeds?

I grown lemon n falsa 4rm seed, both plants r healthy and about 1 feet height 4rm d soil. will they give me fruit in future according to Karachi environment?
because it is said that fruits which grown 4rm seed may grow well but will not give u fruit at all.
answer me also about kiwi fruit if I grow it 4rm seed also.

Both fill give fruits in 3-5 years.. lemon quality will be un-predictable...
