How often you mow your lawn these days?
I find when it is looking the best it is time to mow, which is about twice a week.
Your lawn like mine is surrounded by trees and vines, keep it in mind that their feeding roots are running under the grass and have to be fed to their requirement.

Sir I mow my lawn at an average once per week and that is good enough to stop spreading od weeds out of control.
Sir about feeding roots of of trees and vines, what should I do?
Javed Ashraf.

Additional NPK 20-20-20 Quarterly.
Just double the amount you normally feed.
