i bought some seedling pots from local nursury.one of them nurseri man said annual chrysanthemum .is it spring flower are atunm plant and what is its life period.

They are beautiful plants, they will bloom till April provided that you keep removing their old and faded blooms..

is the mums and annual chrysanthemum same plant

no they are different, mums are Gul-e-dawoodi (Chrysanthemum morifolium) while annual chrysanthemums are Ismelia carinata

Here in Lahore, Ismelia carinata is not considered chrysanthemum. Ismelia carinata is locally called "Desi gendi" a variety of gainda, at least in Lahore. Technically izhar is correct.
