Great to see the patee filling nicely. I will also use this technique.

Izhar how healthy Dahlias Mashallah.its good to remove the first flower buds.mine are in full bloom.Dahlias are only surpassed by roses.no other flower can compete them in beauty & blooming time.i have uprooted all my mums because the blooming time is very very short.although mums were in flower buds i removed from my garden.

Falcon Burgundy,so beautiful.i have also planted Burgundy in Ultra & Hula hoop series.i love this color in Petunia.Falcon is great Petunia 4 inch blooms.Izhar do post its pictures when its full of flowers after some weeks.

Gardenia fully opened last night.. filling the air with fragrance.. I also hand pollinated it by using a Q-tip:

My earlier failure with Gardenia was the PH problum. Yes it is important to keep soil Acidic.
