Very nice blooms. Each of us have have our own preferences. I feel that H. Gold Medal looks more striking & elegant. H. Pasadena is an old classic which has a tendency to produce lots of offsets. Below is an image of an amaryllis bearing slight resemblance to H. Pasadena. The difference is considerable in terms of colour, layout & size of the flower.

Even i like the Gold Medal more because of its unique bi-colour. the single Amaryllis have their own charm which doubles cannot beat :)
