Sky seeds is 10 minutes drive from my home and the guy Ilyas, the owner is a good acquaintance. Most of the new seeds are worth trying. Rehmannia and rhodochiton are same family and should do good in our climate. Ofcourse oenothera is a fragrant perennial here.

I will see if they got seedlings of above then i would buy seedlings otherwise seeds are fine.

Hamad, the seed count at secret garden is already low, and i do not know how they will distribute one packet among many customers. They often buy from internet (They buy their veggie seeds from johnny seeds) and these flower seeds are available at other online sites with better quantity.

I think, the guys at sky seeds are following this thread and using the information collected by farhan for their seeds purchases, in which case, they owe us some discount :)

Lets see what Khabbab says because he was planning to visit there today. I visited yesterday but there was nothing. Owner Mr.Ilyas was not there and the shop boy there was not aware of update.

Lets see..if Sky seeds are buying from the same source they would probably rip us off as there must be some profit for them as well.

Packet of imported seeds is 100 per pack, i am assuming there would be not more than 5-10 seeds per pack. We can compare after confirming the seed count Mr. Ilyas is offering through online source whether it is cost effective or not.

I think we should give it a try Sky seeds, maybe the experiment is successful. But i would like to buy zinnia cactus seeds and ensign mix seeds from somewhere asap.

After your mentioning i also interested in ensign mix, because of its growth habit. Similarly zinnias also as well as tall celosia. But the problem is any single vendor is not offering these combined. i am considering all these.....one has zinnia, other celosia and then one ensign
