Dear your plants are suffering of Aphids.Spray with Imedacloprid as soon as possible.Check the under side of the leaves specially that of Dalia.Also check whether there is web or not around the leaves.If web is there then its spider mites & you ave to spray Oberon.

Mustansir, these are great.... if you can get water soluble NPK 20:20:20 (Rs.350/kg) from the shops at old sabzi mandi and give your plants daily its diluted solution (1 tea spoon in 3-4 liters water)... your plants will become more healthy and floriferous....
