In vines..If you want to start from seeds, i can send you trailing petunia (It can be sown from mid October)..Other vines from seeds are Morning glories, cypress vine and vining Nasturtiums that can be grown easily.

If you want a care free cascading plant go for Senecio rowleyanus (String of pearls), Senecio radicans (String of bananas), Senecio herreianus (String of tears) and senecio macroglossus. these are easy hanging basket plants that will be available from nurseries. you can also try Hoya plants as they are successful in humid Karachi.

for ornamental fruits try Jerusalem cherry and ornamental chilies (they are ornamental and have highly poisonous fruits)

Tube roses can be grown easily in containers in Karachi because of good weather condition for them. i am not a rose expert but i think Karachi weather might be tough for roses as they require cooler conditions.
Tulips are a big NO in Karachi, however they can be grown up North.
My tuberoses have not gone dormant yet, once they do i'll send some. :)

I will inform you about Tube roses
and i don't think there are any Urdu names for these vines, you can download a picture in your phone from Google and show them to any maali or nurserymen, i am sure they will know.
