Update:-

Coral Drops are growing fast. See growth as compared to above in three days. Seeing the success, i have planted remaining bulbs also.

Freesias progressing satisfactorily.

My early sowing in sandy soil is also progressing nicely. However i feel if more compost was added i could have given them a little more sun exposure, thereby improvement in growth. My next composition will include sand not more than 50 % in ratio. Anyway weather is going to be better, thereby less intense sunlight enabling more availability of it.

Experiments continue......i am trying out all possible container ideas for seed starting
Peat Pots, ice-cream containers, disposal-able glasses of all sorts.

Yup :-) and they will drain water from all side. However one caution, when watered and the paper is wet, do not lift them. They dry out quickly after which they can be handled if required.

Impressive development Farhan :)
Like the 'creative' pots. You can do a little DIY thread on these paper pots. How you make the bottom? After watching your Freesia's i will plant mine today.Do i have to keep the pots in full day sun or half day sun area?

@Ka-Khan. Freesias won't mind full sun. Water regularly.
