Suggestion: As gardeners we are greedy and we always strive for more and more, i had a simple idea that can help all the members get more types of seeds for less cost for instance if a packet of flower seed is worth 1$ and it contains 100 seeds average we can split that packet in many parts... Ideally 4 parts.. 25 seeds per person would be an ideal split... in this way the share that 1 person will have to give would be 25 rupees if the $ is worth 100 rupees... consequently low cost can attract more people and more new items in the wish list and splits can also be increased upto an ideal share because for most of the varieties of seeds we hardly require 5-10 seeds and rest of the seeds either go to waste if germinated because of less space for planting of go to waste in cupboards and drawers whereas by splitting seeds among members each member will have a chance at growing and saving for future, for other members if one or more members fail to save its seed due to some climate anomaly

The only hard part will be for the person who will divide the seeds accordingly and will have to make more and more packets in our case Farhan bhai :)

This is just a suggestion rest others can decide

I would strongly suggest not to order large seed packets through post from foreign country. I had a bad experience recently at the GPO lahore customs. I would prefer someone bring the package in the luggage.

I am in touch with parkseed guys.
There are two issues. Firstly that these seeds will be subject to aykhan's visit/arrival. I think this is not a big issue. As we can wait

The second issue is that the billing address option available is only of USA. I have asked them to some how make it possible for me to give the billing of Pakistan......if they reply in affirmative, i have my course mate in USA. He will receive and dispatch right away.

Khabbab what do you say can this be done...the billing address stuff?

i think we should respect khabbab's point and break our package into two or three depending upon number. BTW khabbab i just received 25 packets from plants of distinction without any issue. Anyhow my address also makes sure that there are few issues :P

Yes the problem came from the bulb order in customs but that was because of the phytosanitary certificate would we need that for the seeds too??

Billing address issue is serious. Chances are slim that they will allow country pakistan for transaction.

No need to divide into separate packages if your shipping address is related to armed forces :)
