I have also put a shade on them for this hot months and allowing only 2 to 3 hours of morning sun...

Last year covered all plants with green net, spoiled many plants because of lack of air ciculation and some rise in temperature under the net.
This time its open. There is Good air flow in lawn. Keeping the soil moist without cloth is doing well till now at 40+ temp.
If sides are open and there is proper air circulation then then green net would be beneficial. Air circulation really matter.

In rainy season fungus is the major threat which could be avoided with weekly fungcide spray in that season.
