my very first gardenia flower.after a week Inshallah 20-25 flowers on the shrub.I am looking for Sphagnum peat moss.it increases acidity of the soil & gardenias are acidic loving plants.i,l also feed my hydragia with S.P.M.I think Hydragias also love acidic soils.at the moment my shrubs are in flowering buds so i don,t want to take any risk.my shrubs are still in testing phase.two at Mardan & one at Islamabad.

Lovely garden umar sb :)

The hydrangeas are facing a shortage of iron, make a solution of 1 tbs of ferrous sulphate in 2 liters of water and water your plants every week with it.

Hyderangeas were in my collection when I was in Mangla and there were two colors in my collections. they have bloomed once for me and after that............. Chiraghoon main Roshni na Rahi..... Wild pigs ate all my Hyderangea plants, I bought those from Haripur. Once again feel happy to see here, please share photos when these will have blooms.

By adding 2ml of sulphuric acid in 1 litre of water, acidity can be increased immediately. This would increase your soil acidity.

A good lawn chair, a top of the line camera and a thermos of coffee is all that I would need and would not get out of such a garden for hours. Beautiful and fascinating. Umar sb thanks for sharing these pics but if I may suggest, please upgrade your camera
