Assalam Alykum
Jasmine plant is still growing for the last several months but the blossoms are not changing into flower. I changed soil and even pot but this time im not giving enough water to it. Blossoms are nearly to blooming but im scared this time too.

There are possibilities that you may have to use some sort of pesticides too. But please share the image first.
