1 table spoon dissolve in 6 liters of water and give to containrers after 15 days. Is it like regular watering or some little amount of it is given???

Its application of npk foliar weekly and poring fortnightly is for these days. and you asked about npk 5 15 20. Otherwise you shuld give old manure mix in soil in dec and jan. now i think its bit late to add these.
secondly you should start with less to avoid the plant burning.
you have number of choices available to apply.

In how much period do grafted rose plants blooms??

I am not too familiar with what particular scheduling one can use for foliar. I think weekly shold be enough when active growth. Generally I think it might be best to avoid foliar when plant is on buds incase the buds burn or fail to open.

A grafted plant will bloom right away...

I'm afraid all are wild roses. Perhaps others can confirm this?

It seems 1, 2 and 3 are all wild from the looks of being thin and long thorny stems. But Muntasir shb, please don't do anything, until and unless few more people confirm. The only solution would be to buy new roses and throw these away.

These wild roses will eventually flower after 4-5 years and give you few petaled pink frangrant flowers

But these are the suckers from pink, yellow and white roses...
