Khabbab asked the same thing. To tell you the truth I don't know. They seem to self sow each year and are reliable bloomers.

Thanks. Don't know if the red passiflora will give seeds or be true to them but you can definitely have them if they do give seeds. The honey suckle I got from the USA but you can get it from Pattoki. I know where the nursery is but don't know the name. I think khabbab does. They have a wonderful specimen of the beautiful yellow white one and I want to get that plant too. I have all my loniceras under trees since I have been afraid they will die in the heat of May and June. Once established this will probably not be a problem.
Check out my Amaryllis post from last year for pictures of more blooms http://www.gardeningpakistan.com/viewto ... ?f=5&t=520

Beautiful gaden.Specially the Falcon very stunning Dr sb.the pansy is stunning so many blooms on a single plant.Dr what i like about medium & small flowered pansies their blooming power, high resistance to rain.they speaks for you.the large flowered lower blooming power, needs to be supported or picked with hand to see the face.Amaryllis is fantastic.its the true bulb for our climates.i am still waiting for my petunias & Amaryllis.

Sir you have a great taste for gardening. Thanks for sharing these lovely pics. Red Passiflora looks stunning. Does this one flower as profusely as the purple one and is it hardy enough? I have also planted one but it hasn't flowered yet. Hope it survives the summers in Okara. I know if it survives this year, it will survive for good.
regards

@KBW the red passiflora took the winter well. It's still a small plant with thin canes so maybe will bloom more profusely in another year or so. The loniceras are slow to grow.

No this is not the one which i tried from seed. This one is Lonicera heckrottii while mine was lonicera periclymenum. You can get the white/yellow honeysuckle from any good nursery from lahore however the big large specimen we saw at patoki was at rehman nursery. you can find their contact info my my website having telephone number of patoki nurseries.Hamad wrote:Khabbab sb it’s the same Honey Suckle that you tried if you know the nursery name then do let me know I will try to get that plant from there many thanks Hamad
