yes Adnan they have many of such size but all are imported so the prices are high, I think you want them as root stocks..

Adnan, not much blooming Hoyas right now and I took the pictures of most healthy looking one or on blooms. (these nurseries are located in front of the restricted Naval area PNS-Karsaz, so I took the pics very carefully, keeping in mind the recent event of PNS-Mehran)

There were more bleeding hearts there, which are 2 years old and in our soil as well, but the pale leaves on all of them represent an unhealthy plant.

I am an impatient gardener so would like to buy imported blooming ones.Brother, can you inquire if they have hoya lauterbachi ? Also see if you can find adenium rootstock.I know I am asking too much from your side but ... i feel that's OK
