As you belong to Lahore i would request some lahorite to mentioned the appropriate places and prices in vogue there.

Normal terra kota(baked clay) pots are available in most of ther nurseries in Lahore.
14 inch pot is about RS 50
12 inch pot is about Rs 40
More refined and are bit expensive.
There are couple of clay pots shops at
Aavian near samanabad police station stop.

Depends on your requirement? If a few, any nursary will provide, if in hundreds then I can direct you to a Klin. ,
