Frost has been replaced with Fog since couple of days. For gardeners its a good thing. Fog(moisture) means no Frost.

Yes indeed, meaning-by loss of minimum 8 hours of sunlight resulting in reduced growth for that duration. But its a matter of equating damage vs growth. Plant would not die/suffer damage due absence of sun/fog but frost will damage for sure. It is very important to pass the winter without getting much of frost damage at most your bloom will be delayed for couple of days(a week may be)..but delay is better than losing a plant.

Nice picture ...the Conocarpus tree look great in fog.

Sad to hear about 100s of lost lives. May God bless this country!

Impressive. Gazania are very heat tolerant i guess they are native to south africa. They flower almost till June in lahore and can be grown year round.

It is not paperwhite instead seems like daffodil to me.

How does Gerbera perform in summer months there?

Kalonji (nigella sativa) is not very beautiful but nigella damascena (love in a mist) is more pretty. I sowed a mix of nigella species and will share pics with you.

Whats the update on your scabiosa? mine are getting leggy.

Daffodils....ok thanks
Gerbera flowers here year round except Jun-July-Aug.....However i have found them performing better in Morning Sun/Partial sun instead of Full Sun. Foliage is prone to fungus problems.
I am also growing Nigella damascena...lets see
Scabiosa are about 6 inches(8 plants came up).....performing okay i suppose
