Easiest shade tree is Neem but I am not sure if it can survive Islamabad's winters. And you probably need some decorative value as well.

1. Conocarpus is a handsome quick growing tree (but pollen is an issue with some people).

2. Bauhinias (edible flowers buds).

3. Ficus tree can be very beautiful, if properly shaped

Bauhinia is slightly tricky in the sense that you cannot predict the flower colour until and unless you have seen the flowering tree. A tree sold as "Bauhinia purpurea" can have various shades from pure purple to light pink petaled flowers. I have never such a flower overloaded Bauhinia in Pakistan (as shown in the link you posted).

If I remember correctly (and this is many many years) the roads that go to Faisal masjid have lots of Bauhinia tree on the roads. The leaf looks like a camel's foot.

Another option is Jacaranda tree, which I will say is one of the most beautiful trees in the world. I am not sure how fast it is but it worth to have on as a display.
