Clerodendrum lost all its leaves

A while back in around june my 4 year old clerodendrum plant shed all its Leaves. It revived after I applied iron sulphate. It has lost all leaves again. Should I add iron sulphate at this time?

I am not at my home so was not able to see this on time. It was only when I asked for images of my lawn that I got to know about this.
