I think its a moth. This one had red wings but was shy to open them for a snap.....

I think Wallflower basket of Gold is a far better performer than dwarf ones. I have sheared it twice and it bounces back with same vigor.

Mimulus….I have found it to be a difficult plant. Water logging kills them, dry soil kills them….

What a green thumb! mashallah.

I was wondering if there is a way to preserve the flowers (your boquet of de-headed flowers, which look so beautiful) to dryness and use them for decoration in a vase.

This is the point. I would not break a flower unless it benefits the plant; that is when it has faded. :-)

Very nice. It's always a treat to watch your pics. BTW, I normally leave the dead flowers and leaves in the bed. Nothing goes out, let them recycle :D
