@Umar Bhai....Thanks, lets plan a get together in Spring, before i leave your lovely province.
@Adnan Bhai. Will do so.....

Early blooms>borders>landscape.......

Poppy. Last year i threw some plants in a near by grassland. And wallah around a thousand seedlings came up, enough to fill my entire garden. I heard a nursery man saying that it gives only one delicate flower which blows away with wind, that is why they don't keep it anymore. It does not give single flower that is for sure and flower maybe delicate but enough to electrify the place for a day or two. Produces best impact in mass planting. Some early blooms....

I got these bulbs from a nursery in Peshawar. He said that these were Glads! They were in a terrible state and i was sarcastic that they might never relive. Freesias!!! and that too double. Rs. 100 for 15 bulbs. Lesson learned, look for treasure in unlikely place :-)

Flax/Linum, First disappointment of the season. These were suppose to be Linum grandiflora. I am cent percent sure as i collected seeds myself. But what i have is common Flax. May be grandiflora has reverted :roll: ......some plants left hoping them to be grandiflora.

15 corms in 100 Rs is a real steal. These look like Freesia corymbosa which are very easy going and good for naturalising. May try that. Good drainage is very important. In 1993 in Abbotabad, I got hundreds of Freesia and Crocus corms alongwith Narcissus bulbs from a friend who was going abroad. I planted them everywhere in my house at all possible locations; just ensuring good drainage areas and they all flowered very well. I left them there undisturbed and next year, they were flowering in hundreds everywhere. Really love the sweet smell of Freesias and Narcissus.

This is a spectacular colour in Nasturtium. Love it. And Nemesia looks stunning, as usual. Thanks for sharing the pics Sir; keep them coming. BTW, photography is also good :)

Expert Opinion Please
These are the seedlings of aqueligia and Lupin. Is there any chance that they bloom soon enough, may be in a month or half?

Thankyou Hakraza and Asim Sb

Still waiting for somebody to help me out on Lupins and Aqueligia

Three days of rain approaching. Fingers crossed. At this stage not only it will result in flower spoil but also flopping of plants as their size has increased.......Cant stake so many plants :o
