Last year when "LYCORIS" Bulb blooms I don't now the name of this bulb. When I purchased from Pride Seeds, he says its Nerine. So I started my article "Waiting for Nerine Flowering". I appreciate all my Gardening Pakistan friends for their guidance and support make me able to bloom this bulb this year-2014.
When I upload pictures of this bulb on Facebook, my dear friend Hammad Ahmad Kisana again inform me its not Nerine Bulb, its Red Lycoris Bulb. I thanks Hammad Bhai for a nice information. So after that I would like to make new topic " LYCORIS BULB" for all my friends and garden lovers.
Best Regards
Asim

I have just planted some here in the UK and they have flowered. From the BBC "Gardeners World" horticulturalist Monty Don, my information is that they do look best when several bulbs are closely planted in a container with free draining soil. the neck of the bulbs exposed to the light. companion plants with them to create a luscious look, waterlogged soil will harm the bulbs

Dear Newton
You are saying right for a luscious and attractive look several bulbs are closely planted. As you seen on my starting pictures where flowering bud shows, I have planted 4 to 5 bulbs in 14" container.
