Salam,

Friends I have a small problem with grass in my back yard. I have been trying to grow grass at this place for a while, initially with the Korean grass the spread was good but the grass was weak and frail, also its caused a termite issue. I then took off the entire grass and planted the Dhaka type. However this seems to grow very slowly and once again the spread is not that great. Though, I understand sunlight might not be that great where I am growing, but its still decent. I am attaching some pictures for your better understanding of my predicament. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Fertilise it and keep moist (water daily).

I managed to take of the top soil and am planting new grass. I found out that it was infested with voles. Got the treatment done and putting back new grass on top, this time going to put grass patches. Hope it works.
