The orange rose is probably Perfect Moment

I had suspicions but on the internet perfect moment has a slight fragrance but i don't smell anythin.

I think your shareefa is perfectly healthy. We used to have shareefa tree and they used to shed leaves and become bald and later used to grow fresh and green leaves. Avoid over watering the tree.

I don't remember guavas shedding leaves completely. But the trees are quite robust. At times, over care also kills the plants! As the famous verse goes

"Aziz itna hi rakho ke ji sambhal jaye
Ab is qadar bhi na chaho ke dam nikal jaye"

Hmm but the leaves seem to be blackening at the edges only some of them. and some leaves have reddish venation!
