ur gul e nargis blooming these days?? amazing for me coz in my region it blooms in April when climate start getting warmer after the sever winter. yea it is the difference of climate.

This certainly isn't H.Papilio which has a very unique colour as well as a distinct shape.

Hmm then which Amaryllis is this one coz let m tell u what happen actually I placed an order with Dutch bulbs for two Amaryllis bulbs one was black Pearl and second was papilio, and the one in the post above was tagged as black Pearl and the bulb with papilio tag is also on bud lets c what sort of bloom it will produce, and thats why I thought that they have mistakenly sent both papilio and I m rreally disappointed.mikhurram wrote:This certainly isn't H.Papilio which has a very unique colour as well as a distinct shape.

Neither it is H. Black Pearl which resembles H. Benfica. Image of H. Papilio can be seen in below url. 2nd and 3rd last image from bottom.

This bears resemblance to H. Clown. If i would be in your place i would get in touch with the supplier and ask them to supply the correct amaryllis at their cost.
