Wisteria's Blooms in Summer

Today i am really happy and surprized to see the wisteria's blooms first time for me.
I am surprized about the timing of wisteria's bloom. Is it normal or not?
If its not normal then what the reason for bloom ?

Age is approximatelt 3 years. This plant gifted sir Arif two and half year back.
Now its reaching upto ceiling(11-12 height).
The plant is in ground.

Wow so beautiful! Rafique i have recently plated a Wisteria plant gifted by Arbab.so i must wait for two or three years ha ha ha.

Yes its geting full sun with no after noon shade. Only Hampered its growth when temperature was 45c plus.
