Umar the plant with small round leaves is not Karonda (Carissa carandas) it is Natal Plum (Carissa macrocarpa) which produce less flower & fruit than Karonda. The fruit taste is not good as Karonda. Natal Plum maximum height is approx. 2ft while Karonda maximum height is upto 15ft. Our Nursery men also sales this plant as a Koronda. I also bought a Natal Plum considering it is Karonda :)
