Red Peacock( this one changed its color.red peacock is pure red but this one developed white throught)


Blossom Peacock.Peacocks flowers are medium in size & stalk are 2 ft in hight.

Nymph

Arctic Nymph.Arctic Nymph is not pure white,has some hint of pink.

White Nymph.this is pure white
I,l add Exotic,Pink & Sweet nymphs this year Inshallah.i was unlucky that i have not taken any photo of Cherry nymph.that is most stunning Nymph.Flaming peacock also ended.some time i am really lazy to take pictures.

This was pure white some two years back but changed color last year




I am waiting for the single Pink to flower.

Common red

Wonderful collection. My favourites are Alfresco and the untagged amaryllis whose picture is shown below. Is it a cross? The shape of this amaryllis is similar to "Samba" amaryllis.

Khan Sb , very nice collection, So you like large doubles, To me it is overall impact, it is combination of colour, form and proportion/symmetry.
Most whites have a slight ting of red which becomes more apparent as the flower ages. Even your pure white nymph bas a blush on tips of petals.

I noticed that the size of the pots used for Alfresco and Rozetta are quite large. They appear to be bigger than 14 inch pots. A 10 inch pot would have been sufficient for newly purchased bulb. Plants and bulbs should be gradually adjusted according to the size of the pot. It's generally better if a freshly placed bulb is put in a 10 inch pot and gradually shifted to a larger pot as the roots develop.

To grow newly bought Amaryllis in pots it is advisable to only use a pot slightly larger than the bulb.

Yes Arif sb i love the doubles.This year Inshallah i,l add more Nymphs & some more doubles.My wish list is Exotic Nymph,Sweet Nymph,Pink Nymph,Celica & Aphrodite.All doubles.My first love failed to bloom in its first year.i think it will bloom next year Inshallah.Brig sb i am very lazy when it comes to photography & uploading.ap ki famesh per ye post kie hain.Your doubles are so beautiful.
