HMMM lets see.... partly 1 as I am a beginner, but not very likely to give up as I am only doing as much as I can fit into my schedule and planting in pots is not too much work any how!!and also aspiring to be 6 may be????

Like Farhan Sb I probably am also 2, 3 and 11.

In my opinion one more category need to be added: The gardener who likes to get down on his knees and get his hands dirty. I am one of those.

Also I repeat what I said in my post on "My Cacti & Succulents" on 31st May at 3:50 pm "I am a jack of all but master of none."

There is a 12th category THE RETIRING gardener
Having gone through all the 11 stages he is tired of getting mislabelled bulbs, purchasing expensive plants which do not turn out as advertised, buying imported plants which do not survive in local environment, wasting lots of time and energy on I ALSO HAVE IT plants, has finally decided to RETIRE and grow only the plants which give him pleasure and joy without extra effort.
