salam,
hey i live in karachi.i wanna plant a perennial flower plant and need some advice. please enlighten:
First site Conditions: in a pot, receives about 4 hours of morning sunlight in summer and no sunlight in winter.

Second site conditions: in a pot, receives 3 hour of evening sunlight in summer and none in winter.

waiting 4 reply. would really appreciate an advice.

i wanna also ask that can prim roses and bleeding heart survive in karachi and how much shade or sun they need in summer nd winter

How large the pot is? what about the whole day?? is it in the car porch or gallery??

Primrose in winter only and Bleeding heart dont grow well ..barely survives...

at the first site..pot dimensions height=15inches length=30inches width=12inches...its basically a rectangular pot..here is a photo:

at the second site there is a D-shaped pot about 30 inches in height...25 inches inches in length..other than the hours of sun the plant will experience no direct sunlight neither full shade. ...
first site is a car porch..and second is the gallery..

in the car porch there is full shade in the late afternoon

In the first you can plant Brunfelsia latifolia.. it is available at the nurseries on Korangi Road by the name of Brunfelsia.. it is a fragrant plant and the flowers change color every day until they fall...

In the second you can plant Cane begonias, they are available in the nursery of Liaquat National hospital...

These are easy plants but require some inorganic fertilizers for better blooming and growth. It is suggested to buy any balanced chemical fertilizer and use 1/4th of the recommended concentration weekly.. for Brunfelsia, it is recommended to buy Ferrous Sulfate and use 1 teaspoon in 2 liter of water every month..

Yes, but the blooming will be less compared to summer season, Korangi Road starts from FTC building, the same which has Akhtar colony and Axact roundabout in the end..
