problem with Sago palm

problem with Sago palm
i have a sago palm which is taken from ground and then i digged it in the ground a year back..still itys not blooming anything new and the old leaves turned yellow..but there are something in the centre of palm some brownish little stuff which shows that it may gloom again but its from the last February and the situation is same...can anyone help me with it....when it will grow?...

Sago palms are very hardy plants.just check the trunk,touch it firmly.if its strong,it will send fresh leaves in summer Inshallah.please wait till peak moon soon.Ahmad Irfan can also help you.please see the Know hub(Sago palm) by Ahmad.

this is the condition of my sago palm..i planted it in last feb and its the same as now...the new stuff in the centre is of the same height its totally the same growth from the last one year..i cutted the underneath circles so that it may grow new ones but its still the same...its not growing at all...please tellme what you people can predict.,..what could be the problems..and what should i do?.....

Is your Sago in shady location.i mean complete shade.

i took the pictures in the night just right an hour before....yes it is in shady region but one hour of sunlight is there in a day...1 to 2 hour...but yes mostly in shady area....my home is not situated to direct sunlight but opposite of it...i hope you get the meaning.....
but i heard the sagos do grow in the shady areas also....

Yes they grow well in shady locations but partial shade.change the location,plant it in direct sun.you will see the difference.i can also see some petunias.petunias are happy in full sun.replace them with pansies next year.

what are petunias and pansies...can you explain it pleasE?....i dont have a full sun location brother....anything else you can tellme as in the solution...
