Is this plant locally available?
Anyone who grow or sell magnolia flower?
Any farm who sell these flowers?

Not biondii but you can get M.soulangeana easily at islamabad H sector nurseries it is also deciduous. Also, you can find M.stellata and M.coco and M.grandiflora and possibly M.Figo too. Try Islamabad nursery farm or pak thai nursery or bilal nursery or fateh muhammad nursery.
