caladium season

i stored this caladium in the dark of store in moist cocopeat, few days back i noticed growth and brought it to well lit room and gave some water. now its sprouting, should i plant it out side in bigger pot or wait.by the way other two are adenium cuttings which i planted in same pot, seeminly almost rooted.
