I want to know what is the most shade tolerant grass for lawn, I live in Lahore. Also kindly tell me the local/Urdu names of the grass that you will suggest.

But there must be some grass types which are most shade tolerant than others..... my question is which one the MOST shade tolerant ?

American grass, Korean grass....

I've tried 3 so far; the desi paki variety which disappears or turns brown in the winter. Dhaka grass, which fairs reasonably well, and Korean grass which is best in shade.
I don't know what the real names are, but korean grass is your best friend.
