after using fertilizer lawn getting brown

AOA to all forum members,

I'm new to this forum, hope to get to know all helpful members. well the issue im facing is that, i recently bought urea for my office lawn bec it shows some weak health signs, a couple of weeks ago used the fertilizer in an adequate amount on the lawns and on some plants also, now it shows dying signs, im afraid ill lose them all. i attached the pictures , hope some one with the same experience can shed some light on it and explain what exactly going on with them and what can i do to make them back to their good state.
any suggestion, advice etc.. will be highly appreciated

This is most probably due to grubs of beetles in the soil... you have to use Furadan granules for them...

What is adequate amount of Urea, say per 100 Sq Ft?
