Help required for Grass & Manure

Dear All
Recently i shifted to new place near PNS shifa, Karachi. I have a good lawn land. I cross check few gardner to sow grass but they are demanding too much from 20000 to 30000. So I decided to do at my own please help me from here i will get a suzuki of dhaka grass and truck of manure and what about the rates any idea kindly share. The rate I got
1) Suzuki of Dhaka Grass ------5000
2) Truck of Manure (Double )-------6000
