Please the pix and advise why this plant is growing crooked leaves.

Dear All
I was really looking forward to your responses but none came. The problem got fixed through advice from some foreign gardening forums. with due to respect to all, it is noble to share your expertise and knowledge when asked by people who request for advice.

Dear AYK, sometimes people don't know the solution. It is better to be quiet than to express ignorance. What solution did they suggest?
