I purchased a bottlebrush last year. Till then it has grown very well and is approx 3.5-4 feet in height.

Is there anything i can do to help it to flower or it takes its own time to flower.

Please advise.

This tree gets drastic top pruning every year, necessary because of over head electric wires.
