Want to grow Fruit Trees
My neighbors have nice growing custard apple and cheeku trees. They are of very good quality. The fruits are tasty and the trees seem to show good immunity to foreign attacks. Is there any way that I can grow these trees from the fruit. If yes, please guide me in detail on how can I accomplish this mission. And yes they also have a jasmine vine growing whose fragrance has been mesmerizing me all the year long. I also want it to in my pot so that my window remains fragrant as well. Please help and advise.

No you cant grow the fruits from trees, reason being that the quality will be reduced and it will take 4-5 years before the first fruit...

Your best bet is to get a sharifa from the nursery- will cost a 100 200 for a flowering mature plant which will fruit probably within the next year.
And get a grafted chikoo. Jasmine/Chambeli you can get anywhere !
