Help with my Sunflower Seedling

It was doing alright but this one morning I had a look at it and it had these tiny white dots on it's true leaves...Like sand or something...Are these harmful? If so ..What can I do to get rid of them?...

Image not visible... but I guess you are talking about tiny white dots on leaves this could be because of spider mites, wash your plant with jet stream of water every day to get rid of these...

Thanks...I figured it out ....Yes it has something to do with spiders..
