Problem with Pentas
I bought white Pentas in full bloom but now (early April) blooms have faded & leaves are yellowish, is my plant dieing? i have read that in Karachi like climate they can be grown as perennials & should bloom all summer, I have carefully avoided over watering, & used a well drained pot, should I do deadheading ? where can I buy Pentas seeds or plats of different colors, and what is the best time for sowing?

Re: Problem with Pentas
Pentas are perennial in Karachi and very easy plant... they like full sun and they are susceptible to spider mites and mealy bugs... show its picture... nowadays keep them well watered as the days are very hot and dry.. seedlings of dwarf ones will be available by May..

Re: Problem with Pentas
Thanks for quick reply, where can I get seedilngs? these days my north facing place receives sunlight only for about 3.5 hours (from 2;30 to 6 pm) will be a little more in full summer. Is that enough to keep Pantas in bloom? or should I be looking for some other alternative? any suggestion?
I have the pic but I see no link to upload picture in 'quick reply' or 'full editor'
