When we can sow these seeds ?
1) NUSTURTIUM,
2) Forget-me-not,
3)cosmos ?

Is Cosmos sown in two different months i.e, october and april?

There are two different species of Cosmos available here:
1) Cosmos bipinnatus (for October sowing, available in shades of Maroon, Pink and White)
2) Cosmos sulphureus (for April sowing, available in shades of Orange and yellow)
